Default Federal Judge Rules Against FDA Ban On Ephedra
Very Interesting and I think a good start. Ephedra is not at fault, it's the ignorant quacks that don't know how to read warning labels - which almost all useful supplements have.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP)--A federal judge has ruled in favor of a Utah supplement company challenging the government's ban on ephedra, a once-popular weight-loss aid that was yanked from the market after it was linked to dozens of deaths.

Park City, Utah-based Nutraceutical International Corp. (NUTR) and its subsidiary Solaray challenged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's ban in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City.

Supplements that included ephedra were widely used for weight loss and bodybuilding, but have been linked to 155 deaths, including that of Baltimore Orioles pitcher Steve Bechler. The FDA ordered the substance off the market in April 2004.

Nutraceutical claimed in its lawsuit filed in May that ephedra "has been safely consumed for millennia."

Judge Tena Campbell’s ruling sends the matter back to the FDA “for further rulemaking consistent with the court’s opinion” and keeps the agency from enforcement action against the companies.

Yeah that is very cool for sure. I hope we see more action on the andro battle too. I am not saying andro is awesome, but the way congress & the pres turned on that is bad for all banned anabolic substances, and the way the brainwashed public views them all, it was another sad day of going backwards when that law passed, soon after the FDA went after them and they all, the andro manufacturers, backed off like little wimps with no backbone.

You're correct, there isn't a single fat burning product that contains 300 mg of ephedra, that would be deadly!! Most do contain 25 mg per serving and warn against going over 75 mg in one day, which would be the normal 3 pills/servings per day.
