I read on elite that you guys say you need no more than 800mg of rala, even if you go beyond 320 grams of carbs, because i belelive one of you said, your body is saturated with it. So should i just take 200 in the morning and 200 post workout with 100mg with each meal in between.

this is a general figure and there will be significant variation.
IMHO 4 caps per meal (even if gluttonous) is the very high end. Per day 1200mg. Though some users feel, and there is some basis, that high doses 8-10 caps with a "serious overfeeding" will mitigate the damage of such overfeeding. R+ does have some positive impacts on fat cell differentiation. Though this is not a reccomended use (as a note- dont really reccomend gluttony either-- but it happens)
