    Exclamation Phoenix Labs Liquid Clen
    I have been using Phoenix Labs' liquid clen and it is giving me a much different feeling when I work out. I have never used liquid before and when I am lifting I tend to get very sore. What is going on? It is rediculous to deal with. I have gotten so sore that it hurts to even move that body part. It's not like I am a newbie and I haven't lifted a weight before either. Has this happened with anyone else? Can someone explain what is happening? Thanks guys, I need to know if this is bad stuff before I hurt myself.

    I don't think the soreness is related to the clen. Have you increased your water intake and have you been getting enough protein, carbs and fat in your diet?

    cramps maybe? perhaps increase the water and/or potassium intake.

    I will try upping my protein and potassium but I know I am fine with water. I generally take in about 350 grams of protein a day so I am cool on that note. I have been dropping my carb and fat intake as well due to diet. I just think the body is undergoing too much stress for the amount of calories I am taking in a day. Does this sound right? I don't know, dieting and maintaining strength is tough for me so I train pretty hard still.

    Yeah my shakes are visible for the first 5 - 7 days but after that they subcede. I have never really experienced headaches either except for this time. I have been cycling 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off and haven't noticed that much fat loss but a strength increase I have noticed. Not as good of quality I think.
