Is it nitric oxide? Then yes, tried it from Optimum nutrition. Liked the stuff and got good pumps from it, but you have to take it on an empty stomache witch is a *****.

it works as advertised, but try VNS "Jacked" it works better

ive used 2 bottles of this stuff its good stuff great pumps helps u bang ut those last couple reps and helps you get bigger even better if you stack wit with nitrix but the downside is that some of it is water weight
