 Carb less creatine?
Does anyone know if the new low carb and no carb creatine mixes work. If so which ones?
-
I thought that creatine was just that: pure creatine. Do you have a link?

I had good results from Satur8... it is a so called "no carb" creatine. I assume you are refering to the transport supporting glucose that is usually added to the creatine... creatine is not a carb.

exactly, creatine isnt carbs.. but you will get better results if adding it with fast carbs (dextro+creatin+whey) around training

creatine isn't a carb..but dont skimp on low carb creatine products..u need sugars to spike your insulin hormone to transport the php molecules to your muscles...sames go with proteins..

I know creatine isn't a carb. Usually you need to take sugars with it to spike your insuline and absorb it but now there are new low or no carb creatines with some type of transport system besides sugar. Judging from the replies I got the debate is still out on the effectiveness. thanks for the help anyway.
