    Default Supplement Timing Question/s....
    So I currently orderd a few supplements and I need help on when exactly i should be taking each one.I have 100% Casein Protein, 100% Natural Whey, Animal Pak Multi Vitamins, L-Glutamine, and ZMA

    I need a schedule for these supplements when are good times to take them?
    Can someone put these in order for me? Whats good for pre-workouts and post workouts. I know zma right before sleep. and I'm thinking the Casein Protein probably before bed. I usually go to the gym after work around 6-7 pm and go to bed around 11 or 12 should i take the Casein right after or what?
    I'm a little confused and could use your guys opinions.

    Stats are
    5'11 160pds not sure bf% but probably low around 10% i dunno.
    22 years old.

    the casein is a slow digesting protein, so yes, its supposed to be b4 bed. Ive never tried a casein. I do a whey w/h2o b4 bed and mix one more for my middle o'the nite piss. What brand is it and how does it taste. Casein suposedly tastes nasty

    Glutamine is post workout, but I dont take it. Opinion of many is that its not necassary.
    I take a centrum multi 2x daily.
    I also use Glucosamine/Chon., Fish oil, MSM and lotsa fiber!

    Casein tastes good! I use pro-90 from optimum nutrition with milk.

    As said before, ZMA 30min before bedtime, no "heavy" foods thereafter, casein is ok. Casein in the evening and before bedtime, maybe one time/day also, Mutlivitamins i take 1morning/1 night.
    Glutamin: 10g morning, 10g pre workout, 10g post workout, 10g before bedtime. The 100% natural whey before, after workout and somewhere around 1hour post workout.
