    Default About RedKat by Biotest
    I asked some questions here about RedKat and got a mixed response. I decided to try it and now I thought you guys might be interested in my results.

    Result: Its Fukin Brilliant.
    I went from 84kgs (185lbs) to 90kgs (198lbs) in the 5 weeks I was taking it.
    My waist measurement went from 34" to 35" which shows a bit of fat gain but doesn't account for the whole weight difference. My body fat (measured on Tania scales) stayed about the same. ie There was not a statistically significant difference between the before and after readings.

    Im three weeks clean and still weight 89kgs, so Im holding the weight.

    Its been a great way to get over my 85kg barrier which has been a pain in my ass for the last 18 months...
