    I may get blasted here, but does anyone buy the Costco protein Pro-Rated? 6lbs. for $20. I'm a man of limited means and not as hard core as most people on this board. Do you think the absorption qualities may limit the effectiveness of this protein?

    Pro-Rated is a good brand of protein. It's available nationally, it's not just a Costco brand. They used to sell it at Steroidology's Direct Connect Nutrition online store before Biggie closed it down.
