    Default How much Ephradrine?
    I already did a dearch and couldnt find my answer. What is the recommended dose of ephedra? 25mg tabs. Say for a 250lb male. Thank you in advance!

    I'm a 223lb male and I only take 32mg/day currently(8g tabs)
    Gonna start upping my dosage to 50mg/day

    So would you say start with 25mg in the morning and work your way up to 50?
