I just went onto [url]www.trueprotein.com[/url] - that site is pretty kickass. Well, I don't know much about protein blends, so I just got some premade mixes. What do you yall get for your protein blends? I got a pound of Morning Mix formula, TEAMSKIPS protein formula and a pound of Post Workout(protein) formula. All in all, it was extremely cheaper than the local nutrition center here. I spent a total of 33 dollars and got 3 pounds of protein, 11 bucks a pound, I could have gotten it cheaper, but I added some stuff like vitamins to one of the mixes and something else to another one of the mixes.
So what is a good protein mix ? Also, should I include L-glutamine in the protein? Also glutamine peptides in the mixes? If so, what percent should they be of the blend?
