    Default Kre-Alkalyn Creatine
    Hey guys, I went to a nutrition store near by and i saw that the dude was selling some Kre-Alkalyn Creatine, aka Buffer Creatine..supposedly its better than creatine? Anyone take this or have heard abou it or have any suggestions? thanks

    It worked slightly better for me than regular mono. CEE has worked the best for me with relatively no subcutaneous water.

    One more quick question....for those who take buffer creatine, or know bout it....it says to take 2 pills in the morning....or some say to take one in the morning and one before workout......but what im wondering is should i be taking it even on my off days? or only when i work out? Thanks!

    years ago i tried a few creatine name brands.
    each would give me cramps, nausea etc.
    as soon as it went out, i tried krealkalyn & i have been pleased with the results.
    Right now i'm using OPTIMUM creapure caps & i'm pleased as well, without side effects.
