what do you guys think of TRAC creatine???
(it might be spelled track, or trac, not really sure)

has anyone tried it??

and are there different brands of dextrose, if so...whats recommended?

can you give us a breakdown of whats in it? i think it is spelled TRAC, i think there is hydrixyisoleucine, found from Fenugreek i believe, as an insulin mimicker, but i do not know how effective that compound is

i honestly hace no clue on the breakdown of TRAC but what about dextrose, is there a recommended brand??

trac is time released arginine and creatine..
trac is a complete waste of money
trac is great for bloated stomachs
if u do decide to use it do extra ab and cardio work, take it at night, and be prepared to get pissed at the pathetic results

just get the cheapest creatine monhydrate formula you can find.. i think vitamin shoppe has best prices... creatine is creatine

yea that was i was thinking of doing. im currently on phosphagen HP and the results are alright. but when i run out i was thinking about getiing a cheap monohydrate creatine.

my question is, what kind of dextrose should i use for the creatine??
