    Default Test enhancing supps and age
    I keep getting the same msg about youth and roids (I heard ya, I got it). Does the same thing apply for the supps that (allegedly) increase your test production...
    I've been sugested a product called Red Kat and another Tribulus based product.
    Any problems with taking these at 22yo... Will they work to increase test production at an age where Im supposedly at my highest test production anyway??

    Anyone wanting to share experiences would be appreciated, esp from the guys around my age....

    I took them at 20 or 21 and notcied nothing really bro.... your test is too high they are better for a guy in his 30's or older IMO

    pretty good advice
    about the only thing i reccomend to younger guys is a zma or at least a good optizinc product , low zinc kills hormone production . zma or zinc should be taken on a empty stomach because calcium inhibits/blocks the absorption of zinc .

    I didn't know that, thanks for the info. I thought zma was used mainly to help with sleep? I don't know I read that somewhere, I may look into getting a zinc product, as I'm only 19. FWIW I took a gaspari supp called oxavar, and noticed minimal gains, I know I'm a little too young, but I have been serious for quite some time now with both lifting and nutrition.

    try a regular zinc product from a health food/vitamin store but insist on one that contains " optizinc" its a patended form of zinc . also try takeing it on a empty stomach preferably right before going to sleep .
    this wont work miracles but its cheap , good for your immune system , good for your prostate , and did i mention its cheap .

    Ill give Zinc a go.... But LOL at the thought of attempting to take on an empty stomach... I have the same problem with antibiotics from the doctor... I never have an empty stomach.... Ive either just eaten or am about to eat :-))

    Anyone know about the danger of test enhancers detrimentally affecting the HPTA process and LH levels through elevated hormone levels?? Ive been told it doesn't make a difference, but it just makes sense to me that the Hypothalmus would shutdown the piturity in raction to higher hormone levels??

    zinc wont have a effect on your hpta and as for the empty stomach at least try to take it when you havent ingested much if any calcium .

    I have tried zmass well and it worked great for sleep and recovery not sure if I got any anabolic type properties though.

    zinc is necessary for hormone production but extra zinc wont cause extra hormone production .
