I have been drinking 2 scoops of Designer Whey 2x a day for approx. five years.Today I just read there is 30 mg of cholestrol per scoop.So it looks like I have been dosing 120 mg of colestrol a day just from my protein source.Is this right ? I dont know much about levels of cholestrol but that sounds crazy..pls advise if anybody can..thx
