    Hi folks happy holidays!

    I was wondering what you use as a multi-vitamin and why?

    Most multivitamins are overkill--you simply urinate most of it away. I take childrens multivitamins because it is just enough and I like the way they taste.

    i disagree very much with that statement . first off the rda of vitamins has been around since leeches were used in medicine and hardly accurate , secondly how can the rda be the same for a 300 pound athlete as it is for a 90 pound little old lady . vitamins a/d/e/k are fat soluable and arent processred/flushed with water as easily as the others ,the yellow color you see is usually a sign of a high potency b vitamin , b vits are cheap and usually high dosed in a multi but very few have higher doses of the other vitamins .

    Yeah no offense but target, generic and centrum types are crap.
    Lots of fillers and garbage. There is rda, which IS way off for many and ODI which is Optimum Daily Intake. Just do some research there is alot of good stuff out there.
    I like the Garden of Life men's multi. 6 pills a day, but lots of good stuff.
    BTW stay away from anything that say DL instead of D-***
    DL = synthetic = bad
    D = natural = good

    good advice bro . DL alpha vit e is a byproduct of makeing gasoline from oil which isnt exactly what i want to take for a vitamin , d-alpha vit e is natural/food based and much better absorbed by the body .
