    Default m1t gyno
About two weeks ago I noticed my left nipple was sore. I thought it might just be from me (and my girlfriend) squeezing drops of milk out of it (don't laugh, most guys can do this with proper technique and it makes for a good bar trick). But then I felt a lump so I started 20mg/day of Nolva. It's been four days. The funny thing is I've never been on gear. All I've used was M1t twice and the last time was three months ago. Maybe that was it, but it seems like a long time for my hormones to be ****ed up. And I ran a typical PCT of Nolva. Oh well, serves me right for not using the real shit. I'll update this post in a week or if I notice a difference.

Then check again. Spread your fingers and with your palm on your chest, try pinching one nipple between your pointer finger and middle finger while applying heavy pressure to your pec. Use your other hand to help squeeze the two fingers together and hold it like that for at least ten seconds. You should see a small creamy drop form on the nipple tip and maybe some oozing from the surrounding areola.

Just to clarify... the lactating is not from M1T, I was able to milk my titties long before trying any prohormones. In fact, I'm not even sure if the gyno (indicated by the lump in my left nipple) is from M1T, it might just be that my hormones are out of whack right now from natural spikes in my body. Also, I had my roomate, who doesn't even lift, milk his nipple and sure as shit a drop came out. In any event, the issue here is not the milk, it's the lump. It's still there and still sore, but maybe not as hard (I hope). I'll keep going with the nolva. Also, I know I'm likely to have gyno problems with real gear, but at least I'd get better gains and spare my liver (assuming I inject). Once I get my hormones back in equillibrium, I think I might do a real cycle, it just makes more sense.

I ran 40mg Nolva per day and a shit load of B-6 for a month and the lump remained and was still sore. Then I switched to 1.25mg letrozole E3D and the soreness instantly stopped and I noticed a reduction in lump size within week 1. After almost three weeks now it's practically gone so I switched to 20mg Nolva per day to avoid an estrogen rebound. I'm so happy. I thought I'd need surgery. I highly recommend letro. I did have a little difficulty getting it up in bed, but nothing Cialis couldn't cure.
