ok ive heard some good things about this, my buddy works at a gym and jacks this stuff for us, im trying to bulk up i have been doin about 3 protine shakes a day and eating as much as i possibly can, clean of course, and i just wanted to kno how i would fit the n-large in the mix, i ussually workout at about 945 10 casue of work, thanks guys.

Id use nlarge earlier in the day, as it contains a shitload of simple carbs and some pretty shitty whey concentrate. Just drink a shake between meals.
