I just bought 2 bottles of ephedrine this morning, but the only thing I don't like is that they also contain 200mg guaifenesin. I know that there are no recorded side effects of guaifenesin and that it can actually be mildly uricosuric, but I want to know if there are any negative effects for those of us who use this supplement every day. I take one or two tablets three times a day. So I get between 600 and 1200mg of guaifenesin daily. The FDA just approved 600mg Guaifenesin pills, so it can't be too very "dangerous", can it?
