Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL? Good?

I've heard claims that Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL is 30-40 times more effective then regular creatine.

Does anyone have any expierence with this stuff? How was it?

I dont know if its 30 or 40 times better, but I'm using the plasmavol CEE and strength gains have been really good. Its only been a week, I'll update in another week or so.

mofo king, are you using p1,p2,and p3 plasmavol or just the p3?

im using the p3, with the p2 for postworkout. the p2 is ideal for postworkout... when cash isnt a factor, im going to try the p1.

I have used the original plasmavol and it worked great. So last friday i ordered the updated plasmavol p1,p2, and p3 but didnt get it yet. how is it working for you so far?

I'm loving it... I've used the original also, and got great gains. I think the P2 is similar to the original, but it also has protein, so its all i take postworkout now... P2 will definitely be something I use long term, its awesome
