    Default Thermorexin & Glucorell-R
    I have been taking thermorexin for a few weeks and I love it, but can anyone tell me if you can take it along with Glucorell-R? i also take the normal multi vit, vit-E@ 400iu, and vit B complex. Is it opk to take all this togther? Any recomendations would be great.

    yes.

    though recent research indicates that 400iu of the fat soluable vitamin per day may be too much over time.

    note- that would be 400iu of alpha tocopherol (other tocopherols are much more tolerable at higher doses)

    thermorexin is a stimulant based fat burner

    Glucorell-R is a metabolic modifier. In particular improving carbohydrate metabolism and inhibiting maturation of fat cells (which makes them self sustaining)-- its a PPAR-gamma modulator. Its quite often stacked with Sesapure (sesamin/episesamin) a PPAR-alpha agonist.
