 joint pain
hey guys im now on wk 5 of my 250 wk test 400wk deca 50mg ed winny cycle and ive been jumping in weight im taking my glucosamine and im still having bad joint pain in my elbows and along my forearms is there anything i can take to help this its getting bad but i dont want to go lower in weight because im gaining great strength .. im goin to buy some neoprine elbow wraps but i dont know how much it will help any advice would be great thanks roabs

Try taking some MSM along with the Glucosamine/Chondrotin. By the way how long have you been taking the "G" becuase it DOES take a couple of weeks to get into your system to start working.

It may also be your grip, I tend to grip the bar too tightly when doing bench press and that causes elbow pain. Once I loosened up my grip a bit, the elbow pain became less severe. Also try a topical Glucosamine such as Blue Emu, the results are quicker.

ive been taking glucosamine for a few years on and off i tried loosening my grip it helped a bit but i notice pain along my right forearm also elbow is getting better do you think it could be because of the jumps in weight?
