i just bought some v12 and some flax seed oil.
on the v12 bottle it says take 2 servings on trainnig days and 1 serving on off days. Would that be fine for me i weigh 180 lbs.
Also i take 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil with milk before bed, is that good?
