Yeah I've heard of it for BPH but never MPB? Then again I dont have MPB.

i use around 2500-3000mgs a day when on and dont seem to lose to much hair

does it affect dht int he body or only in the prostate and hair. will it affect sex drive or gains.

On paper it affects gains, but if you can't sleep because you have to piss every 2 hours, that will affect gains probably worse.

Hey Bros - Saw Palmetto can be used to prevent hair loss...or so the other threads on here suggest. The recommendations above say to take anywhere from 800 to 3000mg ED. Which is it???
