Stay away from Muscletech, they are extremely overpriced. What type of supplements are you looking for? I've tried almost everything-LOL

IM just looking for meal replacement bars and some meal replacement liquid nutrition. Just trying to gain some more weight while staying drug free and see if I can get my weight back up to my gear useage if possible.

    Cool
Cool, these bars are pretty good and not to bad of a price either, although I try to take in whole foods I travel a lot with my job and sometimes can't, plus they're on sale!

I use Optimium Nutrition Chocolate Mint and it's one of the best tasting protein powders I have tried. Here is a link to the protein, and you also might want to try HDT's 5 + 1 Whey, Banana Cream Pie- very good, too.

Just remember, whole foods are better and try to eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. I , too am back in the game after a small break but believe me, it comes quick. I increased my calories and protien plus got on Needsize's 5x5 routine and i've went from 180 to 201 in the last 2 months!! Hope this helps!!
