dosage spread?

I got a question from a friend that i couldnt asnwer. Does M-t and M4ohn dosages need to be spread through out the day or do they last longer than 24 hours. I dont know much about these new methyl deals.

i would (though i wouldnt take them both at the same time in one cycle)

i think the half life of m1t is a little longer than some people say (i think around 2 days)

but I am not sure about m4ohn... i usually just spread the dosages out for both.
