Try Universal's Animal Paks. I liked it, better than the AST one I'm taking now.

i just bought a mutlitvitamin today for 3.88, 100 day supply by spring valley. You do not need to by they animal pack stuff and mega dose it because body builders need the same about of vit and min that everyone else does, and the extra you ingest you either shit out or build up toxic levels. Go to walmart or target what ever you got.

its entirely more than that rippednick, what would force you to believe that the outdated RDA system used for a 145lb man would be the same for a 255lb man? Cause it is entirely different. Also, in most cases, you do get what you pay for, notice i did say most cases. Most of the extremely cheap multivitamins lack ney nutrients, are low in most and most importantly, are much harder to absorb than a higher-end multi.
Multivitamins that i would recommend would be the GNC Mega Men, Natures Plus Source of Life, Natured Way Alive, NOW Multi, etc. I do not recommend most things found at wal-mart, although some are perfectly fine.

Damn they have been lying to us in college nutrition and health classes. Those bastards, I should get a law suit agaisnt the Health and Human performance department. Their PHDs just got flushed down the toilet by a guy with GNC in his username. Yeah i thought nutrion was set on a 170lb man. Infact im quite sure.

hahaha! They will also tell you that you only need a minimal amount of protein to grow, and that steroids are bad. Things change when you don't live the average American's sedentary lifestyle.

two of my proffesors juice. Our best biomechanics proffessor is a powerlifter who juices. He only says abuse of steroids is bad. And they teach that stamina ahtletes need 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight and that strength athletes need 1.8 grams per lb of bw. This isnt your average wellness classes im talking about. Some of the proffessors are the same ones that helped Bill Kazmiar win the worlds strongest man. My college did a huge steroid study called the growth test and he was the lab rat.

"people with PHds are killing people everyday?", are you a ****ing hippy or something, go hug a tree. Im not a biochemestry major. IM health promotion, so my background is in biomechanics and exercise physiology. We study how to improve physical performance. What does gastrointestinal ph levels have to do with a multivitamin. Oh yeah and my first statement "something without iron, iron causes heart disease in men" If you disagree with that you must have no idea what you are talking about. ACSM has released many statements about this. I think neither of us are completely educated enough in this feild to completely prove our answers. Im done with this thread, im not a nutrition major.

am i hippy, lol, far from it, but try not to be ignorant bro... gastrointestinal pH levels have a lot do do with it, actually. And my apologies, by first statement, i meant first post, your statement about iron is something i would agree with.
If you would like to debate and discuss ideas, thats one thing, flaming will get you know where bro. We both obviously have a background that evolves around to concentrations of science, should prove to be interesting....
