Default Is the loading phase necessary?
    In regards to creatine?

I have heard from some people that 5g pre/10g post workout will be sufficient.

If one were to do this, would the results be seen in your gym energy only, or also on your body?

Personally I think its bullshit and I have done it once loading, and without it was the same effect.

It's not bullshit, but it's also not necessary. Look at creatine sorta like you would look at carbs and glycogen. Say you wanted to fill up your glycogen stores - how would you do it? Well, you could either do a "carb up" and eat a lot of carbs for a few days to totally fill up glycogen stores real quick, or you could just eat more carbs on a daily basis and fill up your glycogen stores more slowly over times.

Same thing with creatine. You can do a loading phase and fill up stores much faster, or you can just take a smaller amount and have them fill up over time. It's just up to you which you think suits you best.

Like I said bullshit, done it once and never again (waste of money), I use it slowly and build up and works just as great then loading. Personal experience but can vary from person to person.
