    Arrow Creatine and Bloating face.
If I start a cycle of creatine mono will I notice bloating in my face? I dont mind about the other parts of the body, but I have good facial features, and dont want too loose them and have my head turn into a large pan.

Which is the best form of creatine to take?
    Pills?
    Chewables?
    Powder?

I,m not to keen on the loading phase when starting with this stuff .....I think it,s bunk....imo.
you will get bloating no matter what......some more than others.....
How do you plan on cycling it?

Damn...moon face is exactly what I want to avoid. Do you suggest any other supplements aside from protien powder, that will aid/encourage better muscle growth but not unload a mass of water weight?

In my experience, I've never had any bloat from creatine.

I also haven't seen a real reason to actually cycle it, either.

hey bones justice i have used creatine for about 3 yrs on and off and have never exp bloating of any kind.......hell i barely gain wt with it.....the only thing i get outta creatine is the endurance and recovery..and although i say on and off with the creatine i do not cycle i only come off of it if i have a long break in training...but when im in the gym all the time and on a reg schedual i stay on and i dont load either ...i have tried many diff creatine from pill to liquid i like powder the best...i would go with a mono or tri creatine malate (SAN makes a good tri creatine malate for under $25 for 50 servings)....and its sed the tricreatine malate doesnot cause bloating ...i wouldnt know because i dont bloat from creatine any ways...check it out on bodybuilding.com....hope i helped some

    Oops, sorry I missed this.

I've used various creatine brands (just creatine) for over a year constantly. I honestly don't see a reason to cycle it, but if anyone has some real references why it should be, I'd love to see it.

I,ve read somewhere that creatine puts a strain on the kidneys and liver .....but there was no clinical proof ever shown.....this is why cycling is recommended....i gather

thanks fellas, Im probably going to go back on the powder form, and take dandelion root to flush out any water weight being gained (if any occurs).
