    Default Micellar Casein?
All those who tried it, please post your opinions. Also, which is the best brand out there and is having whey protein in milk before bed a good alternative?

i usually use a miscellar protien blend post work out ...and i would use the miscellar b4 bed also.....but thats just me..i like the results of a miscellar blend over plain old whey of any type isolate or concentrate......i use ISS miscellar matrix mixed with 40 grams oat meal 2 tbls nat pb 2tbls honey and 12 oz of carb count down 2% with a lil flax oil too. for a post wo shake. i think you'd better off with a blend than just whey...

If you can afford micellar is a great milk protein, I usually just stick with calcium caseinate, and use a higher grade whey than concentrate.

beware casein is just outdated "milk protein" ( full of lactose & impurities ) your grandparents used in the 1950's, now resurrected with an higher price tag as "miracle bedtime" supplement

I won't complain ending up looking like Oliva, Arnold, Zane or Draper, if
    casein is that bad.
