    Default Best Creatine Product
I used cell-tech creatine throughout my pct with pretty good results. Over at Saveonsupplements.com, they recomend Nutrex Vitargo CGL. They say it is 3x as effective as cell-tech and half the calories, less sugar, etc.

Anybody know anything about this product?

hahaha, nothing could be farther from the truth. Do you think each supp company manufactures thier own creatine? Cell tech is dextrose and creatine, Ive read studies proving ala in cell tech is non-active/degraded/non-existant. Why would you pay 50+ bucks for that?

I buy my creatine as cheap as possible. It does what its supposed to.

IMO, creatine is creatine. i buy the cheap products and i get the same results. if i had the money to throw around though, i would opt for cell-tech. not because its superior but because i like the taste of it

Cell tech is packed full of sugar and bloats you like a pig (tastes good but most shit that tastes too good is bad..lol), the bio-availability, how pure the crystals are and its absorption percentage of creatine is important also what other substances that can enhance its effect.

Some cheap creatine works and some are just bullshit like some expensive ones, just look at the ingredient list on the back to make a better judgment.

well, chad nicholls recommends vitargo, if that helps you any. Vitalstate makes a new jujubee type delivery product that looks pretty good also for creatine.

I myself still like Sportlabs Plasmavol. It's got the creatine, dextrose and ALA added to it and it tastes awesome too!!!
I think they have a whole bunch of new options for creatine products coming out soon as well.
I'm still a huge fan of the ice tea and the peach flavour.
