it says to take 4 scoops daily.
is 2 scoop pre workout and 2 scoops post wokrout sufficient.
currently i am drinking on why (about 3-4 shakes a day)
2scoops in the morning
2scoops preworkout
2 scoops post workout
2scoops before bed
