syntrax nectar vs cytosport evopro

ok guys i have a question ...im in a toss up between these two ..i will be using them as supplemental meals though out the day....the reason im asking for help here is that i heard great things about nectar's taste( but its only a whey isolate) but evopro has the great benifits of multiple protien blend ( same blend of protiens as muscle milk)....which would u guys go with ..i only need this to help me hit around 57 grams of protien , but i want the most outta my protiens and $$$ but who doesnt. ill be taking at least 2 servings of this protien a day..also i need to up my carbs and fats so what would u guys add to either of these to get a few more of these 2 in them( some were between 40-75 grams of carbs,depending on the day, and no more than 15 gram of fats)... i was thinking honey and oatmeal and mct plus i will be useing that carb countdown whole milk and a cream, i was told that animal fats will help with t lvls ..oh yea to give u an idea the price and serv between both is not to diff;

evopro:32 serv 3 fat 3 carb 26 pro price 29.55
so any in put will help........ill make my decision in 2 days...thanks for ur help

I personally liked the nectar better. The Evopro was a little too sweet for me, didnt mix as well either. I was going to try one more flavor of the evopro apple and see if that was any better but the syntrax fuzzy navel I drink all the time.

hey thanks for the response but i have already made my purchase i went with the nectar strawberry kiwi .although not greatly impressed it is good .......i may try another flavor before i try the evppro.....

As a meal replacement, you want something a little slow digesting, probably some fatty acids, etc. to hold you over or to replicate a solid meal. 100% whey is quick digesting, essentially in to do its job and out. Try a protein blend, or a homemade meal replacement... I use:

2 scoops whey (or protein blend)
1 tablesoon1 fish oil
2 scoops natty peanut butter
1/3 cup oats

all in 16oz cold water. Actually tastes very good.

hey thanks yellow jacket for the help ........since i have the nectar all ready i'll cont to use it but i'll throw in a few uni-liver(amino acid pills from argintine liver) tabs...
