No need to cycle creatine.
Creatine and AAS are nowhere near the same thing. That's almost like comparing carbs to testosterone. 20g ED for 5 days or so, then 5g a day to maintain.
Grill steak. Vegetables or rice is fine.

Should I cycle the beef in mega-doses? I was thinking like 8 weeks on/4 off, what do you think? Should I do PCT when I come off beef?
How would this compare to like a gram of test a week? Should I get about the same gains?

You can pretty much take creatine for 8 weeks and 2 weeks off. Then start up again..

wanted to know because creatine mass is all water weight so there is no way of keeping the gains cause you dont take creatine forever. or is there a way ?

It gives you energy to do more reps which builds more muscle.
