    Default Phosphagen Creatine/Sugar
I was looking into buying some creatine, but I looked at the ingredients in the back and a lot of the products had tons of Sugar in them, like 35grams per serving. Won't this make you fat? Is there creatine without all the sugar? Or do you need sugar for creatine to work?

If you take it post-workout, it shouldn't make you fat. The insulin response to the sugar helps transport the creatine into the muscles. No, it's not absolutely necessary, and you can buy regular ol' creatine monohydrate if you want.
