I changed my mind. The protein of choice is now AVIFORM. It is flavourless so I will add some strawberry crusha syrup to flavour it but at over 90% protein and a nice 27grams per 30 gram serving, its well worth the investment.

Does anyone know if any US sites carry Aviform? I noticed that they offer a free 30g sample for people to try, but that's in the UK. I've never seen that before. But I'd like to give em a try.

Actually they are both very similar products and the US stuff will be cheaper.
