critique my 1ad cycle (i know yuo guys only discuss gear, but i know you guys canhelp

this is going to be my first ph cycle and i am going to go with a 1ad only cycle.


week 1-4 600mg of 1ad

week 5-6 600mg of 60x0
week 7-8 400 mg of 60x0



the reason i am not going with 4ad is cause it can cause gyno and i dont want to have to deal with that.

yes 1ad can in really rare cases cause gyno but not really heard of.

i am still oging to have nolva on hand just in case.

my question here is How bad will the acne and lethargy be? (enough to want to make a person stop the cycle)

i used to have acne years ago, but acutane took care of that.


i have read that 1ad along can put on some 6+ pounds depending on diet.

i am going to be eating 4000 cals (i have a really fast metabolism)


what you guys think?

Research on how to correctly do resistance training for ppl with high metabolic rates

1-AD will at best just boost your strength....acne...unlikely

Try M1T..it's much more powerful...worth the time and money

m1t is a prosteroid that is not suit for a first time cycle.




1ad with 4000 cals and to gain 6lbs in 4 weeks is not bad at all.
