Suppliment has laxative effect

Hi I have only started bodybuilding for about 3 months and got pretty good results going from 150pounds (68kgs) to 180pounds (80kgs) being at 6'3 (192cm). My goal is about 5-10more kgs of muscle so I can get into the heavyweight tae kwon do division. My diet consists of bout 6 meals a day with suggested amount of calories and protein for my weight. My weight training is 4-5 days a week of weights 1 hour a day and 1 day cardio.I put on about 10+ kgs of muscle so far (plateud out a bit now)but this question has been bugging me for a while now

Ive been taking MAXs muscle builder 2 times a day(50% protein 50% carbs) but I find it gives me diarrhea effect 2 hours after I take it.....is this suppliment not being used or is that normal??Is it flushing out the food already right through?? I also tried another suppliment and find it has the same effect. This one has been bugging me for a while now Id really like an answer for it. Is my stomach just not allowing for suppliments or am i taking a wrong one?

It's never normal for you to have diarrhea. That's the body's response to flush something bad from the digestive tract very quickly. Why do you get diarrhea when you get salmonella? Because the body detected something bad in the digestive tract and tried to get rid of it immediately by flushing out the bowels.

Either you're getting bad supplements or you have poor digestive health.
