    Default Protein Shake type at GNC
    I recently moved about 3 hours away from where i used to live to go back to school. I didnt load up on powder cause i was broke, but now i got cash and the closeset place to go is GNC across the street. Are there any beneficial powders there that have decent prices before i stop in there later?

    I think Iso Flex is a great one, but it only comes in smaller containers...other than that, I think all Pro Lab protein is good

    solgar whey to go
    no shit just whey and natual vanilla flavour, has free form bcaa's and is fast digesting

    perfect straight after a work out.

    if you are bothered about the taste tho dont by it. go for designer whey or promax

    gnc has optimum nutrition... by far the most bang for your buck. Or gnc's house brand is good too for the money..

    Solgar is over-priced, Cytosport specializes in high-quality protein supplementation, while ON has a great formula for cheap with their new formula including Aminogen and Hydroisolate whey, i would still use a cytosport manufactured protein... my opinion
