 Something for the pain?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could take to stop the pain in my left shoulder. Dont knwo if anyone red but i was in a car accident or watever , and since its been 2 weeks, and im feeling pretty good and thinking of goin back to the gym, but ive been getting alot of popping and stress on it, and so i did maybe like 4 pushups and i can normally do about 60, and its been about 4 hours and its so sore its not even funny, so idk wat this means. Is there anything i could take or is this just my joint isnt ready yet?

Ill repost what i wrote for another guy with shoulder pain, something might help u. Altough there are balms that are pain killers, but nothing id recommend cause then you wouldnt know if its good or not. Good luck bro.
well, if i was you id take 1 week off, and thats meaning TOTALLY off! nothing heavy at all, and dont do much of anything.
Then take a balm (donno the name, it loosens it up anyways.
Then go back and dont hit either the chest or shoulders hard for atleast 2 weeks, go very wasy on them. Hopefully it will be fine by now.
Tacke it easy cause if you **** up the delts then you wont be able to do any upper body workout at all..... and that would suck wouldnt it?

yea that would suck HUGE BALLS. Yea i see what ure saying i havent been doing anything at all for hte 2 weeks and have been gettin better each day, problem is my day job is being a mason so my average day is just hard labor and then i lift, i havent done either though. Monday im going back, so idk if i should go back to the gym either.
