Will M1T give me anxiety/nervouseness?

I just purchased my first prosteroid from my local gym. It is the Methyl 1-Test compound with 10mg dosage. It is created by Andro Technologies and is of pharmaceutical grade. I am told that this compound is extremely strong and I never need to up the dosage to 20mg. But my main concern is will I get anxiety or nervouseness due to its potency? I have tried marijuana in the past only once, and I got a bad case of anxiety (almost passed out). Also when I took a sleeping pill, I got the same reaction. Will this cause it too? Please help.

If it is any help, I am 215.5 lbs with one year of solid training.

Lower back pain? should I drink cranberry juice to combat the pressure on the kidneys? what do you recommend?
