Mix it in minimal ice water. Tastes better that way imo. But yeah, yuk.

as a post workout shake it's somewhat tolerable with dextrose but damn, I can't wait til' this shit runs out.

no the vanilla is not good. i dont like it. i can drink my whey with nothing but water, warm too if i have no ice, but when i tried it with ONs vanilla i was 2 second from hurling. this is my first time taking ONs whey, and vanilla too.
