    Default protein facts?
I'm thinking about buying some powder protein from the GNC, what I'm worried about is does the muscle mass gained from protein dissapear once I stop taking it?

Will the extra protein in my diet cause some adverse effects (minor, major)?

Is any brand of protein (cheapest) worth buying, even if it costs alot less than the GNC protein or the Prolab stuff.

Manchill. It's only protein. Imagine eating a steak. That's what protein powder is. Only a concentrated form of a steak. Actually though whey comes from milk but you should get the picture. There's nothing to lose since it's a food product, only gain.

No sides, although you might consider taking in extra fiber for regularity.

And you can get about 5lbs Optimum Nutrition whey for 20 bucks on 1fast400.com
