    Default Creatine and M1t
i just had a quick question, like i am going to do one cycle of M1T, 15mg per day for 3 week, and my question was is it good to take M1T and Creatine at the same time. OR just take M1T by it self.

    Thank everybody

I don't see any reason not to take creatine with it.

You can absolutely take creatine with M1T. The only down side would be that some guys tend to retain more water/bloat a little on creatine. And you will definitely retain water with M1T. So the only issue is bloat.
But the added ATP in your system from the creatine is always good.

I took creatine while cycling M1T. The results were tremendous. I was on a restricted carb diet, so i obviously didn't get the full potential from the creatine, but i also didn't have significant water retention.

It doesn't really matter either way. I have gotten good results both ways. However I personally like doing M1t without creatine and just going all out on the M1t. Then post cycle I hit the creatine with formadrol, colfusion and some slin. My pumps are as strong as the M1t pumps!
