Potassium for muscle cramps?

I am currently on a cycle with some clenbuterol. I have been having some terrible muscle cramps for the past few days and my training partner said that it was probably from the clen. he said to try taking potassium. he didnt know how much to take tho. anyone ever take potassium for muscle cramps and if so, how much ED?

That sounds like Way to much on the potassium..
200 to 300mg should be just fine..
Are you taking Taurine with the Clen.. ? if not .. suggested for Clen would be 3000mg of Taurine a day, split up 3 times a day..

Hmm, have you tried drinking more water? Start with the simplest answer and work your way down

yea..i drink plenty of water, at least a gallon a day. i went and bought some potassium and that seems to be working. im taking about 250mg per day and i think that it has solved the problem. thanks for all the feed back guys!!
