(HELP!!) Methyl 1 Test and Liquid D-bol

I got a bottle of liquid tes and liquid d-bol off a buddy. The label on the test bottle has "Methyl 1 Test" on it from a company called AquaChem. The ingredients list 20 mg methyl test 1. My friend says it's 20 mg per ml of fluid.

I also got 10 cc of what he says is liquid d-bol and said it has 100 mg of d-bol per 1 ml of fluid.

When I inquired about dosaging he told me that the d-bol should be taken 1/4 of a ml per day and said the methyl tes should be taken 1 ml per day (20 mg).

Before I do something stupid can someone elighten me about this stuff and what is considered the correct dosages of both liquid tes and liquid d-bol AND what are the characterisitics of these liquids, ie, taste/smell etc?

And also did I get ripped off?????
