as good as supplements can be i suppose, more about what it contains than the brand.

GNC tends to be very overpriced. If you can order online go for it. If GNC is all you have then I guess that's what you're gonna have to get. I recommend http://www.dpsnutrition.net

man i got some EAS creatine and never had a tasted a salty creatine in my life... it was sealed n all...i dont know it was my first time buying from this company and man it tasted just like friggin powdered salt!

I usually just use the GNC creatine myself. Stuff works fine for me, and it only costs $30 for a 2lb jug (enough to last me around 5-6 months.)
