    What supplementis gives the best results for this?
    I used to take this sup years ago I can,t remember exactly the name,but the pumps in the gym where un****in real.What is there out there besides the overhyped no2......

    Have you tried Plasmvol from Sportlab? I normally feel really gross and bloated on Creatine as well but I've been feeling pretty good on the Plasmavol. I do feel thicker and fuller but my abs are still out, so I'm not retaining it seems. I know I'm a hell of a lot stronger as well.

    I would love to find a legal red blood cell volumizer. Cancer and AIDS patients use these for anemia (Procrit).

    No Fyre I have not tried that product out ,but I have heard good stuff about it here and on other boards as well.Where can I get that stuff in Canada.
