    Default Cutting Problem
    I have a problem with fat right now, I have a healthy diet, really healthy, and I go to the gym and do cardio 5 days a week, I'm 21, male, 5'11'', I'm about 165 pounds all muscle cause i dont take any supplements but protein shakes and vitamins, i was a really skinny guy and i gained weight through the gym but somewhere in the middle i got this annoying little fat accumulation on my belly and i dont know how to get rid of it, cause i keep doing cardio and i loose fat everywhere but there, lately is getting smaller but it is still there, and i shouldn't have those type of problems cause of my type of body, i would like to know if CLA or Fish Oils would help me to lean out or what should i use in this case, thanks for any feedback, is really greatly appreciated.....

    Please post your diet and workout routine.

    Yes, fish oil can potentially help, but I'd like to see more info first...

    5 days of cardio is excessive. Try upping the intensity and keeping it to a maximum of 3 days. 5 days and you're burning muscle.
