Ephedra use

If anyone takes ephedra with caffeine and aspirin, what was the biggest dose of ephedra at one time? And how did it go? Just curious

I've had 60mg and just got lightheaded. I think the benefits of EC are a bell curve. Not to mention different people handle different amounts differently.

I've taken 50mgs along with caffiene and went to sleep right after, that shit does nothing for me (as far as 'feeling it working' is concenred)

You sure your adrenals aren't shot? Ephedra can't work if your adrenals are drained.

I'm not sure what my adrenals being shot means?

If it has anything to do with stimulant use, legal or otherwise, I would say no, I have never used any illegal drugs (I don't even drink) and this is my first time using Epehdra. I barly ever drink any caffinated drinks either

Ephedra cannot work if your adrenals are not functioning. Your adrenals can be "shot", meaning overstressed, by many many factors. Do you have trouble getting up in the morning?

I actually do often have trouble getting up in the morning

Could you elaborate further or point me in the right direciton so I could do some research on this subject?

ECA give me jitters and anxiety the first few days. After a while I get use to it and its ok. The only problem I have with it is Im always short of breath when working out and ALWAYS have a dry mouth.

in most cases, when i get a good dosage of ephedrine with caffine, i get the sweats. sort of jittery and if i dont drink enough, i get a headache.
