    Would it be better to take my dose split throughout the day? Or should I them right before I workout? I have twinlab aminos and 4 pills equal one serving. What would be the best way to take them?

    Personally I never take aminos anymore. back in the early 90's I did.

    But with all the whey shakes out there combined with a high protein diet they just aren't needed anymore. High dose long term use may be effective. But I'd rather spend my cash on whey shakes, steak, eggs, tuna and chicken.

    I do! I take amino acid 6000(Joe Weider) since I can't afford Whey Proteind,yet. Yeah, it gives my muscle a lot of strength so I could lift longer and better. The effect on me is that I sweat a lot. Been taking it for some times and notices that I'am adding muscle mass..
    Great.

    I take 2 capsules before workout then 1 after workout. I always follow my amino intakes with milks.

    Train hard and stay healthy
